Investment Strategy

The Silverleaf Investments Committee will evaluate all potential investments, taking into account operational requirements, market risk, legislative requirements, potential returns, and exit opportunities.

The investment approach will be to offer Qualifying Companies more than simply funding. The intention is;

  • To Provide growth capital and acquire a minority stake in early stage companies with strong operators that are beginning to emerge in this fledgling industry.
  • To assist with more than just funding by helping build the businesses into assets of value. This includes invitation into an industry incubator - The GreenHouse
  • To invest across the value chain with a focus on areas that are already generating revenue

Silverleaf Investments will carefully screen and select investment companies within certain key criteria.

  • Strong operator and management team with execution excellence
  • Scalable business model, that has both local and international expansion potential

  • Ideally, post revenue with a referenceable client base
